Who I am, and how it benefits you.

Hello, this is me,

I like technology and learning, and in a minute, I’m going to tell you about something that scares me and might also affect you.

But first, you need to know one thing:

I am not here to tell you how to do your work.

Years ago, I discovered that there are certain “patterns” that help us deal better with these times of rapid change and uncertainty.

I talk about how to create environments where people love to work, create great products, and break free from outdated norms.

I am from Malaga, Spain, and I live in Basel, Switzerland.

In my emails, I talk about what helped me become a key contributor in several large digital transformations.

How I managed to train, guide, and help hundreds of people in agile methodologies and new ways of working.

I talk about what I learn every day and how silly I feel when I realize how little I knew yesterday.

This is something that scares me.

Now, I am going to tell you something that scares me and might also happen to you.

Remember that hiking trip with friends?

You probably wanted to reach the top of a mountain, complete a full route crossing a river, and maybe pass by a town.

You had a final destination in mind.

Nevertheless, during the journey, you enjoyed talking to your friends.

You laughed, told stories, and talked about your mother.

The air was fresh, and the view was incredible.

In essence, you enjoyed the journey.

Why am I telling you this?

Because sometimes I forget this at work.

I remember times when I focused so much on the goal that I forgot about the journey.

I realize our minds hide things from us.

And while we're upset with the circumstances, arguing with a colleague, or blaming our boss, we miss opportunities and alternatives that could change our lives.

And this scares me... not being able to enjoy the journey.

I love collaborating with people in environments where creativity flows

I also enjoy riding my motorbike, walking by the sea in Málaga, and drinking beer.

Here, you'll find me talking about how to have a better mindset, avoid common mistakes, and discover new ways to work and learn.

Who I am, and how it benefits you.
